To use an analogy, Home Inspectors are like the General Practitioners (GP’s) of the property market. The SAHITA course will equip budding building inspectors with all the technical knowledge they need to undertake inspections of homes and other buildings . Home inspectors are able to identify defects in a home and recognise remedial action.
