The 2024 -25 SAHITA Online Building Inspector Certificate Course has been fully revised and updated to reflect the latest South African National Building Standards, latest laws and developments within the building and property sectors.
- Semester One (8 modules) deals with Regulatory and Compliance issues;
- Semester Two (15 modules) provides a full understanding of the Building Envelope;
